Clean, convenient townhome with great location

The home was comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. The location is convenient to shopping, skiing, and centrally located. Briant was very responsive and a gracious host. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family outing. Everything is as described, with everything you may need during your stay, plus the comfort of your own bed. Separate living rooms worked well. I would stay here again!

The property was well equipped and very clean. The location was close to Rice-Eccles stadium in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Loved the mountain views from the front windows. Definitely recommend!

Family Ski Trip

Good place to stay with family and friends. Nice layout with separate family/t.v. room for youngsters to hang out in. Comfortable beds. Convenient location to ski resorts. Owner went above and beyond to provide slow cooker in unit prior to arrival. Easy check in and check out.

Cute and comfortable!

My husband and I and our friends enjoyed this cute townhome on our recent trip to SLC. We had an event to go to at the Delta Center and easily took a 10 minute Uber ride to get there. Check in was a breeze and our stay was great! Very comfortable beds!

Celebration of life

The location was perfect for my husband and his friends. They went their for a celebration of life and the event was just around the corner. The house was great they told me. The property manager was great in communicating with me.

Lovely

We loved this property. There was plenty of space and the host was so easy to work with! The location was perfect and close (within 45 mins) of everywhere we wanted to go in the SLC area. Having a washer and dryer was perfect for our ski trip. We will definitely look to rent here again if we come back to SLC

Wonderful

This home nice and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! I was one week postpartum and wanted to stay close to primary’s where my baby was. This was perfect and comfortable. The host responded quickly when I had a question as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely one of favorite, the host was very understandable, he was very clear about everything.. this was very quiet, friendly and peaceful place and I 100% recommended it to family and friends who are visiting in salt lake area! You won’t be disappointed!!

We LOVED our stay here!

Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Plenty of beds for everyone. A PlayStation and Netflix on multiple TVs for entertainment at home.A large 2 car garage for your vehicles. Plenty of towels etc, for the shower. A separate area for kids downstairs and adults upstairs was nice. Overall a spectacular stay. It was also close to family we were visiting. We’d love to be able to book it again in the future!

DoTerra Weekend Nice Location

Close Driving distance to convention center and quiet neighborhood. Elementary school across the street so weekday mornings need to be timed. Overall stay was nice! Cleaning of air ducts and probably filters would be good. Dusting window blinds and curtains would be good too. Disposal side of sink in kitchen doesn’t drain very well. But everything was very nice overall.

Comfortable townhome in S. SLC

We stayed at this property for 4 nights as part of a girlfriend getaway weekend! It was easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and the description was very accurate. We appreciated the full kitchen with coffee pods provided. The Olympics started while we were there and we could literally watch it from every room thanks to TVs throughout the house! There was ample room for two friends and would easily have accommodated 2 more. The only thing we struggled with was the evaporative cooler. Those of us from southern states are used to central AC. The cooler temp could not be regulated. It was either “low” or “high”. At High, after a day or two, it was 54 degrees. At Low, it was way too warm to sleep. The two upstairs bedrooms had fans though, which was super helpful since it was 95-100 degrees during the day while we were there in July. Overall we recommend this property. It is great for a small family or friend group who want their own space while traveling.

We were in town for a family event. It was so nice to have a place that everyone could come together and spend our time with each other. This was a great stay. Easy to check in, tons of space, so much better than getting a hotel.
