The Space:

You’ll find a straightforward, comfortable space that lets you recharge and enjoy the downtown vibe.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio offers a queen size 12" memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep, complemented by a full sized air mattress for added flexibility. Both beds are arranged to keep the open feel of the studio while providing privacy and comfort.



Living & entertainment

A comfortable sofa faces a flat‑screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day out. Wood floors run throughout, adding warmth and continuity. The building provides shared gym access and a pool table, giving you indoor options for staying active or passing the time during winter evenings.



Kitchen & dining

A compact kitchen supplies the essentials for everyday cooking and casual meals. You can prepare breakfast before heading downtown or enjoy a simple dinner after a late arrival, all within the studio’s functional layout.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair lets you focus on remote tasks or plan your next adventure. High‑speed WiFi covers the entire unit, supporting streaming, video calls, and online work.



Bathroom & laundry

The full bathroom features a walk‑in shower with hot water. An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays or winter travel convenient. Shampoo and standard bathroom essentials are not provided, so you may wish to bring your own.
