Enjoy a luxurious stay in this centrally-located newly renovated designer house at Cottonwood Height. In 20 mins, you are in Salt Lake City downtown, airport, the University of Utah, or the two Cottonwood Canyons with 4 world renowned ski resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude), rock climbing and hiking. Thoughout the house and the backyard, enjoy the open view of the majestic Mount Olympus.
INTERIOR This spacious house of 2200 sq ft is newly renovated with no expense spared and funished with modern decor. By default, it has 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 people (2 Kings, 2 Queens) and 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms feature dedicated work areas, a fan, electric blanket and extra down blankets. 3 bedrooms have TVs.
The house can sleep 5 more people: (1) One office has a large pull-out double bed sofa sleeper. (2) The Living Room has another large pull-out double bed sofa sleeper. (3) The Master bedroom has a twin-size pull-out bed for 1 person. All pull-out beds are accompanied by roll-up mattresses to place on top for better comfort.
EXTERIOR Modern patio includes a private 7-person bullfrog hot tub, gas- fired BBQ grill, dining table set that seats 12, and outdoor sofa. It's a perfect space for family gathering. Beyond the patio is a huge backyard landscaped with a lawn (for lawn games, yoga, tai chi, meditation...), a basketball hoop and an expertly curated water-wise Utah-native plants garden. Sit at the benches to read a book, listen to bird songs, witness the sunset or just take in the healing power of our native plants. This house is equipped with a basketball, a volleyball, 4 pickleball paddles and balls, 4 badminton paddles and a net. Note that the host often lives downstairs in the basement with a separate entrance but the guests have the backyard all to themselves.
LOCATION Located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac, the home is extremely quiet. You’ll have easy access to local favorites like Carmine's, Lone Star Taqueria, and Root'd, as well as groceries (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's) and shops (Target, Sierra). Within walking distance, you'll find Einstein Bagels and Beans & Brew Coffee. Enjoy a vibrant local music scene nearby at The Hog Wallow Pub and Cupla Coffee.
KITCHEN & SUPPLIES This designer Kitchen is fully stocked with Circulon pots and pans, spices rack, and bakeware. Appliances include a chef-grade range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional appliances include keurig coffee maker, french press, electric kettle, rice cooker, Ninja blender, waffle maker, panini maker, and toaster. Bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels are 100% cotton and washed with hypoallergenic detergent. All shampoos, conditioners, soap are hypoallergenic as well.

Place dirty dishes in the sink or in the dishwasher. It would be great if you can turn on the dishwasher for us! Its ok to leave leftover food if you think our cleaners can benefit from them
Trash can be left in the house. Glasses can be recycled in the laundry room. You can also leave clean plastic bags and Styrofoam in a plastic bag in the laundry room. We will recycle separately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
After 10pm, you can use the backyard and hot tub if noise level is kept to minimum. The hosts sometimes live in the basement and can hear excess noise
The city's regulation so, from 10pm to 7am, noise level cannot be 5 decibels above ambient sound and no more than 50 decibels.
Two parking areas are for guests (1) The driveway can fit 2-3 cars (2) In front of the left of the detached garage. Check with host for more spaces.

This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood but still located very conveniently for all our activities. I would absolutely seek this home out again to stay in. Hospitality was top notch and questions were responded to quickly! I very highly recommend this home!
The stay was very comfortable and the amenities and supplies were lovely. It was a perfect place for our family to gather and explore Salt Lake. I would highly recommend. The hot tub and badminton set were enjoyed.
Our host is very accommodating, the home is very well maintained, incredibly clean with high end updates. The backyard and patio is a wonderful bonus, so comfortable. The weather didn’t allow us to try the hot tub but it is huge. The hospitality is over the top, we would definitely stay again . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us
