Warm house with one of the best locations for fall colors & winter sports. Only an 18 minute drive from SLC airport. If you love skiing or snowboarding, our home is minutes away from both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons with access to Solitude, Snowbird, Alta & Brighton. Also perfect freeway access and a quick drive to Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons Ski Resorts. The home is also just a 3 minute drive to groceries, restaurants & shopping - including Target & Trader Joe's. Even closer (5 minute walk) to a fun park with a playground and perfect sledding hill. Top spot for skiing, snowboarding, sightseeing, festivals, concerts, conventions, or general conferences or confentions, film and music industry.

Nice place for a little getaway

The home has been updated and was very comfortable. Everything was clean and it was comfortable. The one thing that would be nice is curtains or blinds on the windows in the living room area. Most of the windows are covered but some are not which let a lot of light in during the night.

Fantastic Stay! Close to Ski Resorts.

I recently stayed at this vacation rental and it exceeded all my expectations. The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every amenity I could possibly need. The high-speed WiFi was a fantastic bonus, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. Its location was perfect—just a short drive from the mountains and ski resorts, and conveniently close to local stores for any essentials. I couldn't have asked for a better base for my mountain getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

good neighborhood

Place was comfortable and clean. Only issue I had was the yard. No curb appeal. Yard is neglected and needed to be mowed. Looks like a dumpy place when you pull up. Inside was clean and comfortable. But if you're staying with 7 people as advertised that it sleeps. Kitchen was not well stocked to cook for 7. Not blender, crockpot etc. Other than that, it was great. Very quiet nice neighborhood. Close to freeway and lots of restaurants and stores. Including Trader Joes.
