We loved staying in this lovely, roomy apartment! It was so comfortable, clean and very nicely appointed. The location was in a lovely neighborhood, close to wonderful restaurants and stores. Our host, Misty, was so gracious and helpful! We will be back next time we’re in Salt Lake!
The location is great! We were close to everything we wanted to do in the Salt Lake area. The apartment was comfortable and the host was veru helpful. We had an amazing stay in Salt Lake City!
Property was very clean. Amenities were super. Towels and linens were beautiful. Living room and dining room were accommodating and large. Loved the big doors to the balcony. Kitchen was remodeled and easy in which to prepare food. Host was communicative and parking was easy to find.
Cute place!!! Perfect location ,Close to a lot of things. Communication and helpfulness was on point. When I return, I would stay again. This location is more for a grown crowd , not kids in my opinion… but that JUST my opinion. Thank you for your hospitality
Truly enjoy our stay. Very clean home, with modern touches combined with a rustic, classic charm. Misty's communication with us was excellent. What truly impressed us was the attention to detail. From having things labeled accordingly - down to having to sets of pillows (2 firm, 2 soft) show that she and Charles take great care in anticipating the needs of the respective guests. Our family will certainly look for their location when we return to the area.
Misty’s property is super clean, very comfortable, and she is incredibly responsive. All basic needs are met, and then more…. From the equipped kitchen, to the coffee carousel and bowl of snacks and treats, to the fluffy towels and comfy beds. This is my go-to for SLC visits.
We had a wonderful stay here! Checkin and checkout process very easy! Everything was very clean and neat and included all the necessities! Host was very responsive to any questions I had. :)
Property was clean. Nice view of the mountains. Perfect location for anything going on in downtown Salt Lake. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was easy to get an uber/lyft from location.
My husband and I are on state #45 of a USA 50 state bucket list tour and this very well may be the BEST stay at the best price in the best city we've ever experienced! Every inch of this place is beautiful, clean, and stylish perfection. I only wish we had more time there! It was my 60th birthday and Misty even had cake with candles waiting for me with a big birthday sign. Who else does that? A stocked kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, perfect mattresses, and there were even a variety of heights of pillows so we could find our perfect match for perfect rest. Pair all of that with the backdrop of God's breathtaking landscapes and we were in paradise. We will be back! The whole experience put Utah in the top 3 of our 50 state tour and so like I said… stop looking and start booking!
Misty was a great host and kept me well informed leading up to and during the stay. The location was convenient and had everything I needed for the four nights I was there.
All good. Host was awesome. Only little downside is due to it being an older building, you can hear the neighbors footsteps on the wood floors. One neighbor was a very early riser and it disrupted sleep a bit. But the place was great otherwise.
Views from unit are amazing, close to restaurants downtown, host was responsive and included personalized touches so I felt welcome. Would recommend!

The host was responsive to my complaint regarding the black mold visible in out bathroom - ledge, ceiling, tub enclosure. She provided a HEPA filter and agreed to reimburse us for the three remaining nights we had if e wanted to leave. The issue I struggle with is that mold should not even be an issue I should have had to deal with. I was completely uncomfortable the first night, though symptoms of this allergy impacted by the mold, making it mandatory for me to me use an OTC antihistamine ( I do like the side effects of these medications) along with a HEPA filter. Even with both of these, I was uncomforatble during the entire stay, unable to sleep, headache, stuffed head, sore throat, impacting my ability to enjoy the vacation; I did not feel well in this location.We were in SLC for only 4 nights. When I heard back from the owner agreeing to reimburse us fo the last three nights, she apologized for not having any other apartments. Our time there was so brief we would have lost an entire day relocating (we only had three full days there). As a result we stayed in the apartment but I did not feel well for the entire stay.Is there some type of building/apartment expectations so other renters are able to enjoy their vacation and not have to deal with a situation like this one? This environment was toxic!
