The space
This comfortable 1-bedroom basement rental is designed to feel like a home away from home. The bedroom features a king-size bed and its own mini-split, while a second mini-split in the living, dining, and kitchen area gives you control over the temperature throughout your stay.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the dedicated workspace with an adjustable-height desk and office chair makes it easy to work remotely. The newly remodeled, larger bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

The rental is completely separate from the upstairs unit. Each unit has its own living space and a locking interior door leading to a shared laundry/common area, so guests cannot access the other rental.

Outside, enjoy the fully fenced shared backyard with seasonal seating and a grill. Whether you're visiting Salt Lake City for skiing, work, or exploring the city, you'll have a comfortable place to relax and recharge.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire basement rental through a separate entrance located in the backyard.

The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living space, and workspace are exclusively yours during your stay. The laundry/common area and backyard are shared with guests staying in the upstairs rental. Each rental has its own locking interior door leading to the shared laundry area, and neither unit can access the other’s living space.

The backyard is fully fenced and includes shared outdoor seating during the warmer months and a grill available year-round.

Other things to note
This is a basement rental with a separate entrance and private living space. There is another rental on the main level of the home, so you may occasionally hear normal household noise from guests above.

Two mini-splits—one in the bedroom and one in the main living area—allow you to control the heating and cooling throughout your space.

Getting around
Getting around is easy whether you’re driving or using public transit. Guests have a designated parking space on the left side of the driveway, directly in front of the garage.

The S-Line streetcar is about a 3-minute walk away and connects with the TRAX light rail system for convenient access around the Salt Lake Valley and into downtown.

The heart of Sugar House is about a 4-minute drive, downtown Salt Lake City is about 10 minutes away, and Salt Lake City International Airport is approximately 15 minutes away. The major Cottonwood Canyon ski resorts are about 35 minutes away, depending on traffic and weather.
