Our 1st floor unit, NO Stairs, Spectacular Views, Modern Amenities, Convenient, Accessible Location, Over 800 sq ft of living space, sleeps 3 people very comfortably. Featuring a California King Memory Foam Bed in the Master Suite, a Spacious Bathroom, Queen Memory Foam Sofa Sleeper in the Livingroom FAST 1G Wi-Fi, A Very Well Equipped Kitchen, Desk-Work Space. There is so much to do on the property and in the surrounding areas.

Fly into Salt Lake International Airport and rent a car. It will be the best way to get around town and all the things you’ll want to see and do.

Uber and Lyft are also available as well as paid Scooters and Bicycles which can be found at various locations in and around the area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to hang the Key Fob back up in the laundry room. Place the Welcome Book back on the desk or on the Kitchen Counter.
Put any moved furniture back in place. Place all used towels in the bathtub. Leave all used beds unmade and account for ALL, both (2) TV remotes.
Travel Safely to your next destination.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO Mail Service. Guests can set up a temporary mailbox through the US Postal Service. Packages from Amazon should utilize their Locker/Hub service.
You agree to pay a $500 fine for smoking and or evidence of smoking in unit or on property. Late Check-Out fee is $75.00 for EVERY 30 min after 10 am.
Please leave Key Fob on the hook, the kitchen table, or the counter upon departure. Lost / Damaged Replacements are $100.00 each.

Our Utah stay

The property was beautiful and very clean. Our only complaint would be the mattress was way too firm. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Conveniently located and communication was excellent. It's not fancy and decor may be a little outdated, but it was clean and served our needs of cooking, working, relaxing and being in and out with our local activities. It was stocked with anything we might need (seasoning, knives, extra pillows). Could be good for a small family, too, as there is a pull out bed and a pool. We liked that it wasn't in someone's home.

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed this condo! They provided all the basics & it covered our needs for the week. It's a bit of a hike to the pool but we spent 2 days relaxing there (open 10am-10pm) lots of friendly people and great amenities! The bed was so comfortable!

Great value!

I enjoyed my steak as this place is very clean and conveniently located. Bed is firm and of quality. I was able to access Alta, Snow Basin and Park City all within 35 minutes to one hr. I recommend this condo!
