COZY BASEMENT APARTMENT - PRIVATE ENTRANCE - NEAR PARK

Nice mother in law apartment. Has private entrance, off street parking for 1 vehicle. Across from park with plenty of space for running or walking. Shopping and freeway access are conveniently close. We do ask to keep in mind that this is the basement of our home. It is an older house built in 1964. It does tend to moan and groan at times. We are happy to share the space in our home to travelers and try our best to be accommodating and quiet. As do I want to strongly emphasize that we do LIVE in our home.

Relax and ski

Cozy and Convenient

Anthony was a great host. Great location, it’s fully stocked with everything you would want/need, including coffee/tea, dishes, spices, blankets, high chair and other toys and things for kids. Extremely comfortable and clean. He responds quickly and is very welcoming. We look forward to staying here again in the future

Instructions were easy to find the home & get in. It was very nice, very clean, and had everything we needed. Great location near SLCC Lifetime Activities Center. We will definitely stay here again.

This home was Incredibly Homey. It had everything you could think of that a home would need and then some! Everything was very clean and nicely updated. I really enjoyed the fact that I had access to all the cleaning supplies that I would need to upkeep during my stay. You could hear some walking upstairs from time to time, i mean, its a home thats being lived in so of course youll hear that but it was not disturbing at all or anything at night. The host was incredibly accommodating and extremely communicative. I will 1000%. Be coming back with my entire family when I visit again. I wish I could give it 100 stars. Thank you Anthony for being so accommodating and switching things when my plans changed. I absolutley recommend this place and cannot wait to rebook!

Host wanted to make sure my spouse and daughter & I had everything we needed. Clean and comfy apartment and it’s so nice to have a kitchen! Seemed like a peaceful neighborhood too.

Perfect for our little family

My husband, daughter (2), and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Salt Lake for my husbands graduation. This was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of travel and long days of festivities. The space gave us a home away from home feel that was comfortable and inviting. The location is great with plenty of food options within a few miles and only 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.

Another wonderful ski trip!

Our second time at this property for our yearly Utah ski trip and as it was the last time, everything was perfect. Wonderful hosts! Clean home and safe. Home away from home! We'll be back!

Salt Lake Visit

Property was very nice and comfortable. Check in was easy. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave after 1 night from our scheduled 3 night stay, but that was not the fault of the hosts.

Cozy Basement Apt

Great central location for skiers visiting variety of Salt Lake resorts. Easy access to sevices and highways. Good spot for a quiet group looking for a place to recover but would not reccomend for more rowdy bunch.

Great location to access canyons

Very happy with our selected location. The description of the basement apartment was accurate. Kitech was well furnished for our needs. I appreciated how quickly our Host replied to a few questions before we arrived and during our stay. The location was on a quiet road. We would stay here again!

Comfy, clean and safe

The host is a wonderful communicator. The apartment is lovely. You can tell there is a lot of thought and energy put into making each person feel welcome. My girls and I had plenty of room to spend time together and also have alone time. The location made it easy to get to the slopes and to the University. We will stay here again if our travel takes us to Utah.

The basement apartment was nicely decorated and was located close places of interest. We did have to use the space heaters since it was cool and we didn’t have access to the thermostat.

Access to Mountains

We were excited for two bedrooms so the family could comfortably fit, and location to both canyons for skiiing access. The owner was responsive and helpful. Only problem was the noise (basement apartment), as a light sleeper I heard all squeaks in floorboards, dlushing, dog barkimg, etc.

Stairs

The stairs are difficult for us older folks (93 & 86). We should have known better. I would suggest at least one grab bar be installed in the tub/shower and a tub mat. It was very slippery so bought a cheap one and left it there. Otherwise it was very comfortable and cozy and very clean and well furnished. Bed was excellent.
