Brilliant bungalow in Midvale ski/hike, fishing, recreational activities

Experience a bungalow style living with a perfect blend of contemporary and conventional setup in this newly remodeled home that is centrally located. Sleeps up to 13 people in a 4 bed 3 bath space with 2 sofa beds.

The Bungalow offers a well-equipped kitchen, inviting gathering spaces: living room, family room, formal dining. Comfortable beds, big yard, outdoor activities such as kids park and swings. Enjoy indoor and outdoor games, a hot tub, washer and dryer, fenced yard, private parking.

Kids would love the upstairs bedroom that can sleep up to 4, Master bedroom and bathroom gives you a true conventional bedroom setup, Relax in the basement family room or the main level living room, both featuring extra deep couches, pillows, blankets, and rugs for your comfort. Each area is equipped with a 85" and 65" HDTV respectively, providing the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.

The downstairs area is perfect for group activities, stocked with board games and foosball in basement game room.

Outside, you'll find a hot tub illuminated with café-style lights and a spacious patio.

Hiking, picnicking and fishing:
Big cottonwood and little cottonwood canyon is 25 - 35 minutes.

The property was able to house us all. But it was not the cleanest. We found garbage downstairs and under the coffee table when we got there. We did not have extra blankets or towels. There were no kitchen towels or mitts. And we had to request a new hair dryer. However, the host was very quick to get back to me and allowed us to leave a bit past check out so we could get showered after our games.
