Nice, updated and quiet

Great location. Close to freeways, etc. Lots of space and clean. We needed a few extra towels, but other than that, the stay was terrific.

Medium scale apartment

Medium scale apartment in a residential area. One problem with the shower in the hallway and no heat in the en suite bathroom. Otherwise clean and functional.

Lagoon Get-a-Way Weekend

Overall a nice place for this price point. Our toddler’s knees and feet got extremely black crawling around the floors which made me wonder about the actual cleanliness of the place altogether(cringe). And as noted in other reviews, the TVs were useless. Not sure why, but that was annoying. However the neighborhood and location were great. Could have used an extra roll of paper towels. Overall it was a pleasant stay and and a good value overall.

Taylorsville travel

The house was very clean and didn’t require any cleanup from us before we left. Before we arrived, and during our stay, the host was quick to get back to me. The beds were super comfortable. The TV’s in the house didn’t work very well, or at all. We were told by a Utah resident that it can be a local problem for everyone, so I wouldn’t come banking on a lot of streaming options. The parking situation is unusual. There’s a very large driveway, but you share it with a small fleet of cars for a cleaning company and another guest, who stays in a small unit on the property. I would stay here again, based on location to travel around the valley, the comfort of the beds, and the pricing. We enjoyed ourselves there.

I booked the weekend at this house with a few friends for my bachelorette weekend! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our little weekend girls trip!

Perfect place for small families

We were in SLC for a concert and this was a good central location to the USANA Amphitheater. 4 adults fit comfortably. Very nice updated feel and very clean

Excellent Rental

This was the perfect rental property for our group. Close to the airport and only about 25 minutes to Lagoon. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the yard in the evenings. Only thing I would recommend is they should have salt and pepper on hand and the coffee cups are quite large. Only minor things otherwise 5 stars, thanks for having us!

We drove 4 hrs and went to the property there were 4 trashy cars in the driveway parking was tight and when we parked and asked where the best spot to park was, as it was crowded she told us she had to cancel our reservations. No notification nothing we were 30 min past our check in time. She told us there was a plumbing problem but didnt notify us before our check in. Making us scramble to find something else for our group.

Everything was great

The only issue we had was some of the outlets did not work and for some reason the kitchen sink did not have running water. I am not sure if the water got turned off to there or? We were only there for 1 night so it did not affect us but if we had stayed longer it would have.

Nice house

The interior of the house was exactly as pictured. It felt newly done. We had everything we needed. The one slight issue was the fact that the house was part of a larger unit and we didn’t expect that. However once we figured that out, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great place for a night's stay, everything's updated and in good shape. The host was awesome and helped us out adjusting dates and such. Definitely will plan to stay again if we're in the area.

Perfect location for the greater SLC area

We came as 3 generations to this Taylorsville home. Except for a slight problem with the address (VRBO will not let them update), we loved staying here for our 4-night stay. House is just as pictures show and our group of 6 loved staying here. Quiet street was great for the littles to ride their bikes and kitchen had most items necessary for cooking. The littles loved the swing in the front tree. We would definitely stay here.
