The only complaint I could say is that I booked 2 queen beds and the beds we got were certainly not queens they were more like a full. Other than that everything else was great

Once in our room the tv was unplugged and not working, called the front desk and they came and looked at it, they upgraded us to another room, which was awesome, but the tv in that room only had one channel and the remote wouldnt work. Room was clean but very outdated with lots of ware and tear. The toilet wasnt working properly and we couldnt get anyone to come fix it, pool was freezeing and dirty, with dead bugs in the water. We had a problem with the room key working and there is a parking lot light that shines so bright through the window at night and the curtains aren't able to shut to block it. Breakfast was good but overall would not stay here again.

The daytime staff was excellent! The food was good at breakfast. The evening time lady that was there one night, was super rude. Rolled her eyes a lot at customers, and wasn’t customer service friendly at all, she would be the only reason I don’t return. Everyone else went above and beyond to make our stay good. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.

We really liked the staff however our room was very outdated, the sprinkler system in case of a fire was covered on dust, and the room smelled musty. The pool area had one of the roof panels either gone or open throughout our stay and it was very cold. Again the staff was very friendly with us even after dealing qith two very upset customers before us.

Looks like they tried to update but didn’t do a good job. Floors were super dirty and gross. Just gross all around except for the front lobby. Pool was also disgusting.

I stayed for 5 days my room wasn't clean, no fresh linen, no one to discard to trash. The staff was nice they attempted to make it right however when I complained about not being able to have shower and could I change rooms it was denied, the refrigerator was not working, they even made me charge a $1.50 for a bottle of water, I was told no cash on the premises but when I needed change for the washer and dyer they then had a petty cash drawer, how convenient. Breakfast was the best part of my stay.

TV didn't work. No one would come to fix it when we checked in, despite a promise from gal at front desk that she would, personally! (We also had to go down to front desk since they wouldn't answer call from the room phone.) Had to leave for our event, returned to tv that still didn't work. "Helpful tips" from night desk staff did not fix it. Maintenance was "unavailable." No offer to switch our room. Offered to come fix tv as we were checking out next morning. Refused to credit anything to our account.

Front staff, Leslie checked us in. When I advised we had service animal. She advised she needed paperwork or I would be charged for pet. I gave her the Service Dog ID. She then told me she had yo change my room to 1st fl. Everyone w/ pets must stay ground fl. Go to room, dirty, old, out dated, and not what I pd for. Go back to Leslie to advise I bk a king. She couldn't gove me a King bc I had dog Dogs go on 1st fl. I advised her I pd for a King amd those beds were old and stained. Dirty. Dhe called Mng. After 30 min of back & forth I got a different room, clean. Updated. I went to car to get my things. Key stopped working. Only towels were hand towels. TV did not work. I ask for blankets she said she didn't hv any. After multiple trips tp front desk & advise TV not working. Suddenly she had a blanket & towels. TERRIBLE WILL NOT RECOMMEND COMFORT INN

This is a great place to stay for a over night kind of thing. The lady at the front desk was rude to me when I was checking in. She ran my card to many times that it woupdnt let her charge for the security deposit. She had ask about the zip code for the card and found out that they had the wrong address for the card. She was getting short with me because she had ran my card so much it was declining it, she then asked if I just had different card and I only had the on catd and they don't take cash. Luckily the other person I was with had a card that I could send the money to them. The room we got was suppose to be smoke free but when you opened up the door you would get a big smell of smoke trying to be covered up. The internet at this hotel is SUPER SUPER slow I just ended up using my cell phone data. The first night we couldn't find the black out curtains but figured them out for the second night. Top the are kind of hidden behind the regular curtains. The last night we were there we went to the hot tub. The hot tub is a good size but the water was like sitting in a warm bath tub. My shower water was so much hotter so I wouldn't even recommend the hot tub. They also didn't have any towels so I had to hurry to my room.
