The home sleeps up to 12 guests: two queen beds, two double beds, and two single beds across four bedrooms, plus a full-size pull-out sofa bed for two in the living area.

BEFORE YOU BOOK: RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
Guests must sign Fly Away Home LLC’s short-term rental agreement through Hospitable before check-in. Please review the agreement and house rules before booking.

One $500 security deposit is securely processed through Hospitable 2 days before check-in, separately from the accommodation payment. Depending on your bank, it may appear as a hold or charge. Hospitable releases it 2 days after checkout if no charge request is submitted; bank processing times may vary. This is one deposit, not a separate deposit for each platform.

The home has two levels with stairs, two full bathrooms, and no pool or hot tub. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No parties, indoor smoking or vaping, or pets, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
