  • World class skiing 1 left turn away! We are 5 min to the canyon and another 15 to the first resort. This is our personal home, and this is just the basement portion of the home in Cottonwood Heights.

    -18 foot hot tub/pool
    -pickleball court

    Quiet neighborhood located in a cul-de-sac. The house has no neighbors to the west of it, and has a huge grass field for activities.

    So close to the 4 major ski resorts Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. Be downtown or up at the U of U in 15 min
    No Smoking, No Vaping, No parties, No Pets
