Are you looking for cheap accommodation near the beach?The PINO ALTO apartment is located just 150m away from Playa dels Capellans beach, and close to the tourist center. Walking distance everywhere.DISTRIBUTION:Cozy and very practical. It consists of a living-dining room with a balcony, a fully equipped American kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a small cabin (without windows) next to the entrance, with bunk beds.GOOD TO KNOW:- It is ideal for couples. However, it can sleep up to 5 people. - Sofa bed in the dining room.- Air conditioning only in the dining room.- Communal area with seasonal swimming pool.- Very close to the beach.- Reservations for groups are not accepted.-Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. Appartement qui correspondait aux attentes, cependant le réfrigérateur était incomplet (l'absence d'un bac empêchait d'y lettre des bouteilles de grande taille) et le rideau de la baie vitrée du salon impossible était impossible à remonter complètementIl faudrait penser à remplacer le canapé lit qui présente des signes de fatigue évidents.Le quartier est animé mais pas trop bruyant, avec quantités de commerces et restaurant à proximité.

Fast perfekt

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage war top. Das Schwimmbad genau wie beschrieben. Das einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass es keinen einen deutschen Fernsehsender gibt und auch kein WLAN. Das war ein bisschen schade, da wir teilweise sehr schlechtes Wetter hatten. Aber ansonsten war alles genau wie beschrieben
