Key collection is carried out at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
