When my 2 sisters and I arrived at the hotel, Hailey and Monica were at the service desk to check us in. My sisters and I were having trouble getting our boarding passes on our phones and Hailey and Monica were extremely helpful in calming our nerves and getting our boarding passes for us. They were so helpful and kind. The one complaint that we had with the room was that there weren't enough charging stations for the 3 of us and our devices.

Second time staying here and a decade apart, still as great as I remembered! Nice clean room, friendly staff and super fun games room down stairs!

A free glass of happy hour wine and a lovely bag of gourmet popcorn to snack on were welcome amenities that I enjoyed. The common areas in the lobby were lovely. The bed and linens were top notch, although the room showed signs of wear. My latte at breakfast was sooo good, and terrific service all around.
