Bert welcoming and courteous staff, comfortable room, good bedding. Some of the furnishings may feel from the 90’s, but well preserved. A good stay and good value.

Great experience and amazing staff!

The great room at a great rate

Almost all of the staff went above and beyond. A security guard saw that we were lost and went out of their way to help us, the cleaning staff always greeted us with a friendly good morning, and the staff at the bar and little market were courteous and also above and beyond helpful. Unfortunately we had the same front desk person for check in and check out and I was surprised by their gruffness, and it was disappointing to start and end on a not so positive note.Perhaps they were irritated by the busyness from the conference. :/ The room was clean, with comfy beds, and plenty of towels. It was disappointing there was no literature about the hotel (maps, restaurants, check in/out time, room service etc.). There was a tablet in the room that likely had this information, but it was broken.
