"Advertised shuttle service from the ferry terminal, called for pickup and was told they dont pick up from the ferry. Left people stranded in the pouring rain. Room was dirty, urine on the bathroom wall that you had to look at every time you sat down, stained carpet and cigarette burn in the carpet. I only booked this hotel for the shuttle service but had to spend $70 for an Uber."

"Such a unique property! we googled the history and had fun exploring it's curiosities. Staff so helpful, they messaged me on text to let me know rooms were ready early and stored luggage at front desk until we picked up with car."

"I think the biggest downfall of this listing is the details. I wish I would have known it was a shared space, I feel like the listing currently doesn’t do a good job at explaining that well. After arriving and being extremely confused I looked at the detailed email I got 3 days before check in and saw those details when I was checking in via the owner’s website. That does a good job at explaining it, but the Expedia booking definitely lacks. The kitchen was extremely dirty in the sink and on the floor upon arrival. I’m assuming this is from the shared space. The room itself was very clean and it worked for the time. Very comfortable bed. Parking was confusing because there were work trucks in the front where it said to park and a snow mound. Man who wrote me a “do not park here ever!” Sign was very nice and understanding. But I would not book again."

"The room is spotless, and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing. This is the best hotel in town. Nothing compares. I travel for work and have stayed at every hotel in Juneau. I will be picking this one every time from now on. "
