"Clean, neat. Needs ash trays by the pool. A hot tub would be nice. The Suana was closed. The room was clean and neat, but barely any dishes or utinsils. Did have a water heater pot, stove and refrigerator. Open shower, no enclosed stall for showers. AC worked well and room was over all comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of the property was dirty."

"Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait."
