The House Near the Fountain – Indoor Spa

Spacious village house ideal for family gatherings or small groups of friends who wish for everyone to have their own bedroom and workspace. You will find 4 bedrooms (2 with desks), a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, a mezzanine office with an extra bed, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a shaded terrace, a small garden, and an independent relaxation lounge with a spa, accessible year-round at any time.



Salles-sous-Bois is a preserved and authentic Provençal village. The surrounding landscapes, dotted with tall cypresses, sometimes evoke Tuscany. The Château de Grignan, dear to the Marquise de Sévigné, is only 5 minutes away.



The house offers 11 beds distributed among the 4 bedrooms, the living room, and the office:

8 adult beds:

- 4 double beds 140x190 cm (1 per room)

- 1 single bed 180x70 cm (living room)

- 1 single bed 190x80 cm (Blue Room)

- 1 single bed 190x90 cm (Paradjanov Room)

- 1 trundle bed 190x70 cm / 140 cm open (office)



3 children's beds:

- 1 toddler bed 160x70 cm

- 1 crib 120x60 cm (0-3 years)

- 1 cradle 85x40 cm (0-6 months)



Large library and a great film collection (please bring your own DVD player). Books and toys for children aged 0 to 12 years.



Above-ground pool 2x3 m (available from July 1 to August 31) in the courtyard, equipped with a cartridge filter and salt sterilizer.



Relaxation lounge with spa and games table in a vaulted cellar with independent access, accessible all year round at any time. In winter, the cellar temperature is about 15°C. Water and filter are changed between each rental. Bromine sterilization. This lounge is also suitable for musicians to practice thanks to the good soundproofing of the room.



Cleaning is included, but you are asked to leave the house in a reasonable condition.
