"General wipe down areas, kitchenette and bathroom were generally clean however, decor finishes; skirting, doors, floor etc. were dusty and not clean. Room was located on the 1st floor overlooking the plaza and was particularly noisy early morning due to deliveries (6am onwards) and late night noise due to the local restaurants. Internal hotel noise was minimal. Possibly due to other guests knowing from experience, NOT to be located at a low level overlooking the Plaza. "

I choose one with a roof top terrace that has fantastic views of the city skyline, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was perfectly functional, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The hotel is just a short walk from the city center and the train station. If I come back to Bordeaux, I'll also be coming back to Victoria Garden."

"Great position- 5 minute walk to main railway station. Very clean good sized room. Could do with a few more lights. Nice modern decor. Plenty of space for clothes. Nice walk in shower. Most of staff were lovely and very helpful. The young lady who checked me in was rather non welcoming"
