"The staff were excellent. The only issues were finding access initially to the building which has been under repair for years and the condition of the ground floor of the building. There is no external signage to the property just their name appears beside buttons next to locked wooden doors. It appears that they don’t exist and the address is an abandoned building. I couldn’t initially find the enterance. "

"A great location, friendly check-in, and nice size for a family of four.
The only downsides are hot water for showers is pretty limited so you need to space them out or have short showers, and the ladder to the bunk bed is not fixed onto the bed making it a safety concern, but this could be fixed with a couple screws. "
