"Very convenient location to take a swim only few steps out of the door. There is not free parking. I suggest downloading the app EASYPARK, because the machines on the street are not phone or credit card friendly!"

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."

"A truly world class hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia. Would advise to rent a car"
