  • Guest suite studio layout basement apartment with private entrance, washer & dryer, kitchenette, and off street parking. Conveniently located close to Capitol, University, Hospital, Convention Center, Fairgrounds and I-5. Situated in a quiet historical neighborhood with beautiful trees and architecture. You have access to the entire 1000 sq ft space which includes a Ca King bed, full size sleeper sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, washer/dryer, and a great garden patio seating area.

    The space - studio layout
    Over 1000 sq ft of relaxed living in this 1928 Tudor guest suite. You're only a few blocks away from the farmers market, state capitol, riverfront park, and downtown. You're also conveniently location close to I-5 and 99W. The space features a roomy cal king bed, full size memory foam sleeper sofa, electric fireplace for added warmth and ambiance, full size washer & dryer, shower, brass wet bar with kitchenette, fridge, ice maker, microwave, toaster and induction burner. The copper eat at bar makes a great place to pour yourself a vintage cocktail while enjoying your favorite show on one of the two TV's located in the suite. The pull out sofa offers room for additional guests. There is a nice dedicated space to park your vehicle off street directly adjacent to the private entrance. Coffee, tea provided.

Small but enjoyable clean suite

It was very clean and well stocked. Nice walkable neighborhood. Great, lightning fast communication. The mattresses were some of the best I’ve slept in at a rental property. Washer and dryer was a plus. Overall a great stay!

Kristie was great. She had the place ready early so we could drop off luggage, etc. great communication very prompt. Easy check in / access. Perfect place for the four of us for our weekend stay.

This was a very cute space, and we enjoyed our stay. Only downside for us was that it didn't seem clear in the listing that all of the living/sleeping space is open, so there was no privacy. It would have been great to have at least a screen or curtain to have some separation for guests sleeping in the bed and guests sleeping on the couch. Great space for a couple though, or small family!

The Salem Underground

Property was just as described. Great space to stay if you need to stay near the Fairgrounds. Close to two good coffee shops, short walk to the 7-11. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was excellent with a nice shower. Very easy access to everything. Only criticism is I think the host should allow access to the hot tub :) Thanks!!

The Grace House is an amazing place to stay when in Salem! The place was extremely spacious and had many amenities. Kristie was extremely kind and communicative regarding any queries and issues we had. Highly recommend the Grace House for your stay!
