"They did not honor the pre paid booking with Hotels.com. Said they didn’t have any more rooms at that price. Claimed that Hotels.com regularly overbooks. I’ve been traveling a lot lately and this was the first time I ran into that. They gave me a different (cheaper) room with no compensation back. Facilities are old, cheap, and not maintained well. Bathroom fixtures are old, cheap, and loose. Old carpet was stained and tile grout needed cleaning."

"Clean quiet could park in front of the hotel restaurants next door got a discount with room key. "

"The hotel is old feeling. Still has a tub with cracks. The back of the office chair covered in dust. Food preparer at breakfast used his bare hands to place cups after cleaning the trash can with no gloves and did not wash hands in between. One of the beds smelled of urine."

"Parking was good. Staff at front desk were less than friendly or welcoming.Remodeling underway at restaurant. Very sad presentation of "take-away" breakfast. Don't think I will stay their again and my husband and I are alumni of Virginia Tech."

"Very convenient location minutes off of I 81. Unit was very clean, hotel was well-maintained. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful . Coffee was excellent. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend a stay here!"
