Bryn Mawr Vineyards View House
An authentic vineyard stay awaits at the Bryn Mawr Vineyards Guesthouse, nestled on the stunning 26-acre estate of Bryn Mawr Vineyards in Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley. Here, you’ll find yourself surrounded by rolling vines, panoramic views, and the serene rhythms of wine country life.
This custom, single-level ideabox home embodies the philosophy of “the right amount of everything.” Every detail—energy-efficient design, natural materials, and modern simplicity—reflects balance, beauty, and intention. It’s a space designed for savoring life’s finest pleasures: good friends, good wine, and good moments.
Step inside to discover a seamless open-concept living space that invites connection and relaxation. The kitchen features gleaming quartz countertops, brand-new appliances, and everything needed to prepare a family meal or vineyard brunch. Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table to share stories and savor your latest wine discoveries, all with breathtaking vineyard views.
The living room offers a cozy, modern retreat with plush seating, oversized armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services—perfect for movie nights or quiet evenings after a day of tasting.
Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the guesthouse offers two spacious primary suites, each with a king bed, hotel-quality linens, and private access to the deck overlooking the vines. Wake up each morning to sweeping views of the Eola-Amity Hills before your feet even touch the floor.
Both en suite bathrooms feature tiled walk-in showers, ample counter space, and luxury amenities including shampoo, conditioner, locally crafted bar soaps, hair dryers, and plush towels. Every comfort has been thoughtfully provided to make you feel at home.
Step onto the spacious deck to enjoy uninterrupted vineyard views—a perfect setting for a glass of Bryn Mawr’s award-winning Pinot Noir at sunset or a quiet morning coffee surrounded by nature.
The guesthouse sits perched on a ridge with easy walking access to the Bryn Mawr Vineyards Tasting Room, where guests receive a complimentary wine tasting. Be sure to book your reservation through Tock and note “Ideabox Guest” so the staff can welcome you as part of the vineyard family. The open-air patio at the tasting room offers panoramic valley views and a relaxed, elegant experience guided by Bryn Mawr’s knowledgeable team.
From your doorstep, you’re just minutes away from other acclaimed wineries including Zenith Vineyard, Bjornson Vineyard, and Bethel Heights Vineyards. The guesthouse is ideally located—only 8 miles from Amity and 12 miles from Salem, where you can explore historic downtown shops and the lively Saturday Farmers Market (spring through early fall).
The Bryn Mawr Guesthouse welcomes well-behaved dogs. Please keep pets on leash while outdoors and clean up after them to help preserve the property’s serene setting. You may even spot some friendly deer wandering through the vines—or hear the distant calls of local coyotes, so pets should not roam unattended after dark.
Lifestyle Properties proudly offers Pinot Car Wine Tours, a private transportation service that provides curated winery tours throughout the Willamette Valley. Our knowledgeable guides will introduce you to boutique vineyards and hidden gems, ensuring every moment of your wine country experience is unforgettable.
Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, and pack ’n plays are available upon request, along with yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games.
**Note: The Bryn Mawr Vineyards tasting room is closed annually from December 23 to January 1.**

The view was stunning and the home was very beautiful. We had everything we needed and the wine and cheese plate was a welcoming touch. We brought our pup, and a nice welcome kit was included for her with food bowls, towels and a treat.
We had chosen this property as a place to stay before and after my surgery in Salem. This was a unique, relaxing place to recuperate with absolutely gorgeous views from every window. My husband and I want to come back again when we can thoroughly enjoy the property and participate in wine tasting.
Could not have had a better experience. The home was perfect and the views amazing. The people at Bryn Mawr winery treated us so well. We will be back!
The views in late April were stunning - vineyards, yellow canola fields, mountains, hills, and valleys.
The staff, especially Jill in the tasting room, was extremely helpful and friendly.
The unit was very well-appointed.
The property is beautiful, the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The communication with the property owners was like no other, they were very responsive, through, and prompt at responding. We are already planning a return trip. Thank You for a wonderful experience!!!
Amazing location, secluded but close to everything. The house had all of the amenities you need for a getaway. Loved the house layout and enclosed porch with full view of the winery.
Perfect property for a long weekend, whether you are visiting wine country or attending events in Salem. Communication was superb throughout the stay, house was extremely well appointed. Will definitely come back!!
We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at the guest house. The view was great, and the large living room with the outdoor deck was good for our group of 4.
The host was very responsive, and also helped us setup wine tastings around the area.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
We had a wonderful time and experience. We loved the property! The location, scenery and proximity to Willamette University and Salem were perfect. We will definitely be back.
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my fiancés birthday with another couple. The home was amazing, clean, and very comfortable. You also cant beat the complimentary wine tasting for each guest each day! Would love to stay here again in the future!
Breathtaking views and just a 20 minute drive from downtown Salem. The property was a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to still do the Salem thing.
The house is modern, clean and amazing. The kitchen has a wide variety of dishes and cooking gadgets. The appliances are new and work well. The bedrooms have comfy beds and are nice and clean. The best is the deck and the views. AND the winery offered free tastings to each of us!
We were visiting Salem and Willamette University and this was the perfect place to stay, so close to everything while still feeling far away from it all. Coffee on the desk overlooking the misty morning vineyard was blissful. The kitchen was amazing, better than mine at home. We have actually booked the property already for our next stay. So we will (definitely) be back.
