"Un séjour inoubliable dans ce petit coin de paradis tout près de Niort, marais poitevins, la Rochelle et l Ile de Ré. Le gite était très propre, très bien équipé. L intèrieur est très agréable, decoré avec beaucoup de goût (accès PMR au besoin), l extèrieur très joli, avec piscine, terrain de pétanque, trampoline et mention spéciale pour le SPA, superbe! L accueil des propriétaires a été parfait, de la réservation au départ, disponibles tout en restant discrets, d une grande gentillesse, très accueillants, d excellents conseils. En résumé, nous conseillons à toutes personnes souhaitant passer un excellent séjour avec tout le confort nécessaire, dans un environnement à la fois calme et proche de beaux coins de France, de se rendre au gite Marigny Sud.Un grand merci à vous Stéphanie et Fabien"

"Our family stayed here for four nights and it exceeded every expectation. If anything, the photos and description don’t do it justice – it’s even more beautiful in person.From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Ernest had thoughtfully prepared a generous welcome basket and was a fantastic host throughout our stay. He was always responsive, genuinely kind, and it’s clear he takes enormous pride in his property. Everything was absolutely immaculate.The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including so many thoughtful extras you don’t realise you’ll appreciate until they’re there. The luxurious toiletries, pool towels, and even plenty of toilet rolls made it feel more like staying in a boutique hotel than a self-catering holiday home.The pool was outstanding and the peaceful grounds made it so easy to relax and unwind. The barn was another brilliant space, giving us even more room to enjoy our time together. We travelled with our two teenage daughters, who were delighted with the excellent WiFi, pool table and table football, so there was something for everyone.This is one of the best holiday rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and exceptionally well cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and we’re already looking forward to coming back."

"We had a fantastic stay and couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.The property was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well equipped. The pool was absolutely fantastic and was the highlight of our stay – perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together as a family. The location was peaceful, and everything was exactly as described.Emma was an exceptional host from start to finish. Her communication was excellent throughout, she was always quick to respond, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. She was incredibly kind, understanding and supportive, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Her thoughtfulness and flexibility made such a positive difference to our holiday and were greatly appreciated.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend both the villa and Emma as a host. Thank you for helping make our holiday so special!"

"Lovely location, near a lake with restaurants, kayaking. Property was lovely, nice pool and amenities. Staff were really friendly, they gave us free ice cream, milk when the shop was closed and extra water. They also let us have a late checkout which helped us out and found me a place to work whilst I was there. Great language skills and a very enjoyable stay."

"Très bon séjour !!! L’intérieur a été rénové et est propre, agréable et bien agencé. Les literies sont très confortables (même les gros canapés convertibles). La pièce à vivre est jolie et bien appareillée (piano de cuisson, lave vaisselle, machine à café, vaisselle en masse,…) et le long couloir est assez large pour prévoir des aménagements en plus. L’extérieur est encore en cours de réalisation mais est tellement grand qu’on peut en profiter malgré tout."
