Clean, tidy and spacious.

Only in for a night but everything was clean and tidy, looks like kitchen is well set up. No grass in the backyard for the dog but otherwise a very comfortable place to stay.

Great location in Sale for a quick getaway

Stayed with family to visit our son at RAAF East Sale. The property is in a great location. It is very spacious, really well presented, very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The extra toilet was really good, perhaps a mirror in that space would be great as an extra space to get ready to go out if the bathroom is being used. Really good secure pet friendly space. We will definitely stay here next visit.

Quiet Location

Clean home with everything you need in a quiet location. Plenty of parkland to walk our dog. Unfortunately we were unable access the internet as the code we had been given did not work, neither did the code at the house (which was different).

Convenient and Comfortable

Premises were modern, very clean and tidy. Adequately furnished and comfy. Well located with easy access to the main road and areas we visited. The location was also very quiet and peaceful. There was one dining chair which was unstable. I used it as a bed side table (?) as it was unsafe. On inspection, there is a screw missing from one of the rear braces under the seat. We unable to close the screen door on the rear door as the leading roller had previously come off the track preventing it from operating correctly. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Perhaps the only improvement may have been access to a Bar-B-Cue.

Our Sale Stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Warm and comfortable. Great golf courses in the area and they aren’t busy. Just to let you know the fan above the shower stopped working while we were there.

My husband and his work colleague stayed here for work in Sale for a few days. Property was very clean and access was easy. Close to where they had to work so they were very happy

Perfect little house to take your dog.

The property is well fitted out and the backyard is fully enclosed to keep your fury friend contained. Central heating works very well and bedrooms are a good size. The property is well located and walking distance to most places in Sale.

Great place in a good location.

I stayed here from March 15 to March 22. The property was exactly as advertised. It was nice and quiet, and there is a garage to park in. It is in a good location, you can walk to everything. If I could suggest one very small improvement, it would be handy to have a stereo/sound system and DVD player . Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and would certainly come again. Highly recommended . Souless Empty Sad

First impression was looks ok, need their gutter cleaning but ok. Second impression was cold, souless, empty nothing welcoming about the space. Garden (if thats what you call it) could do with some wedding and personality. Fridge makes a constant high pitched noise. Central heating is deafening. Shower rose kept falling down. For the cost really basic.

Not that comfortable

The property was neat and tidy however the lounge suite is old and very low, the beds do not have bases and not good for anyone with any kind of back issues. There is only one fan in one of the bedrooms and the weather was very hot. Another fan is required in the 2nd bedroom. The owner mentioned a fully equipped kitchen however there was no beater or whisk and not enough bowls. Property better suited to young families with small children.

Nightmare in Sale

we never managed to stay. I was driving my ex husband to Melbourne to see our son and celebrate our grandsons 7th Birthday. My ex husband was gassed in the Vietnam war and is on oxygen 24/7 from the damage his lungs sustained. We live in Merimbula and had chosen our stay at Sale as we were also travelling with my old Labrador dog and we also didnt want to drive longer due to the medical condition of my ex husband. Upon arrival the key holder would not accept the last four digits of my phone number and after repeated attempts we embarked on contacting the host to no avail! I drove to Sale Police station to see if they could help to no avail, We then had to continue our drive onwards down to Melbourne. It was an extremely upsetting and stressful start to our holiday, I have tried numerous times to fill this form out but previously the page has been down, It was a terrible experience it was a considerable sum of money and we never received the rest we were hoping for. We all arrived in Melbourne at 8pm after being on the road all day distressed exhausted and unhappy.
