"It was right in the heart of bustling pintxos bars and restaurants and in between two gorgeous beaches. Optimal location for easy access to main attractions. You can definitely hear the crowds in the streets well into the night. "

He speaks Basque, Spanish, French, and—good for us—sign language. If this had once been a sheep barn, I would have loved to be a sheep there. Pas de solution apportée par l’équipe de l’hôtel, le fait de dire nous sommes désolés et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. "The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby. "
