"+ Nice property a short walk from the beach and with 2 pools, a restaurant and good views of the ocean. - Check in was a pain and despite being first 4 or 5 other families that arrived later were assigned rooms before us. All the staff were good apart from the check in team which could have done better - these first impressions matter. "

"The unit was quite dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken and the safe combination did not work. The kitchen was lacking some basic items and the oven did not work. Much nicer accommodation was available in the area for less money. This unit was a poor choice. "

"When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. We were basically unable to leave the dwelling without taking all our valuables with us.What kind of security is this for a rental suite? The windows...
