"It’s a good place for a couple or backpackers who need a place to crash that have a car. It’s one towel per bed, limited hot water, no cell phone signal and no Wi-fi. Laundry wasn’t done daily so half of our party didn’t have a towel to shower. We also had only 1 toilet paper roll for 5 people per day, no fridge, no safe, no trash. "Casa Vanora sits on a hill overlooking beautiful Bahia San Agustín. The hotel just opened in April 2024 and was only 4 months old when we stayed there. The drive there was a little intense and I would not recommend it if you don’t have experience driving in Mexico. Luckily, the hotel offers a pickup service from the airport in a brand new Toyota Hilux (Tacoma). Just know that I drove all the way there from Oaxaca City, so it’s definitely doable.
