"Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. "Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts. Bedsheets and quilt was last changed when the hotel was made it seems. Towels and sheets smell of oil. Glasses...
