"The staff were absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The rooms were very clean, the beds super comfy and the towels fluffy and fresh. All staff said hello and asked if we needed anything. Gave helpful directions and recommendations for places to eat and see. They even left a birthday banner, card and balloons for my son as a surprise for his birthday, it was so thoughtful and made his day. We will definitely be back."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property really lives up to its name. Everything from the home itself to the heated pool, views and facilities were outstanding.We stayed with family, including my sister and her child, and the lift was incredibly handy for getting luggage and supplies upstairs when we arrived. It was also a big novelty for the kids, they loved it.The heated infinity pool was easily the best part. It felt like a warm bath, the kids absolutely loved it and it was perfect for the time of year.The views are simply breathtaking. Waking up to them each morning is something special and you could never get tired of them.The property was absolutely spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout.There were more beds than we expected, with most bedrooms having a trundle and extra bedding. This gave us plenty of flexibility with the kids and would be great if we came back with a bigger group.The kitchen had everything we needed. The only small suggestion would be to have better quality, larger wine glasses and a few more of them to match a property of this standard.The management company was great. We have stayed in other properties managed by Stay Port Stephens and have always had a great experience.There is plenty of space in the property with multiple living areas, lounges and TVs. We didn’t use them much, but it would be perfect for families who want separate areas for kids.The BBQ was clean and worked well. For a property of this size, a larger one could be a nice upgrade down the track, but it did the job and was no big deal.A couple of small notes for the management team, the WiFi was very slow and needs looking at, and the garage remote was not working, although the wall button opened it without any issues.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again."
