Great, great place to stay. Only inconvenient: long stairs to the 3rd floor, but the view was worth it. The staff was helpful and kind at all times.

I was greeted by the two gentlemen Miguel and David. I was given a tour map and suggested to places. I loved that it was right on the Plaza Mayor and very clean space. I would come back to this place.

The hotel has a great location but that’s all it has for it. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The sheets had blood stains on it. The beds are full of bed bugs and my daughters got hundreds of bites all over her body. It is extremely hot with only time fans offered. There is a reason it is cheaper than all the other hotels. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Wonderful view and accessibility.Nice people at desk but only there a few hours a day.It is also a hotel for the young and fit as there are 60 steps to get to room and there is no lift.Pray your luggage is light and small.

We had trouble finding the parking lot. The wonderful host came out and helped us find our way in the pouring rain. Then, he gave us two rooms for the price of one when he saw how much junk we brought with us on our family trip to see our daughter. Can't say enough about the hospitality. Being right in the center of it all was really cool. But, understand the noise that comes with being right in the center of town. Great spot.

Horrible experience. The beds were too hard to sleep in, the floors were not even and you could roll your bottle, the stairs were too narrow to carry the luggage with you, there were minimum lights in the room, there was a disgusting odor at the arrival to our room, even the hangings (drawings) on the wall were not straight, we spotted some dirtiness on the walls (like mucus) and on the cover of the bedsheets. There was no heating at all. The "best" highlight of our stay there was to not fit in the shower, to not have enough hot water for 2 guests and the tiny towels that we were given were that small that you couldn't cover your butt. There were no necessities in the bathroom apart from the soap. We had to request all of it at our arrival (shampoo, shower gel, etc) We left the room the day after and had to book a different one due to all of the things shared above. Not recommended at all

Great location...but!

I have used this hotel in the past due to great location. Bad point is great location as almost impossible to find as it confuses every GPS. Parking is a nightmare, even for tight fisted motorcycle riders. Official check in time of 1830 is a joke.....I did get an email the day I left giving the option to check in early. Phone is not covered 24 hours so if you arrive with your bags early....bad luck! Knowing all this crap.....I would definitely come again.

Foi tudo perfeito, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso, não tinha ar condicionado, mas o ventilador atendeu super bem, apesar de estarmos acima da bagunça da praça, o quarto tem isolamento nas portas e não se ouve nada com as portas fechadas, escolhi este lugar para passar meu aniversário e foi simplesmente incrível, estar a noite vendo do alto a plaza mayor foi fantástico. Ficamos no segundo andar, com dois lances de escada, super tranquilo, o estacionamento fica bem perto a recepcionista nos levou até lá, nos orientou sobre o funcionamento as chaves, foi ótimo. Adorei a estadia e ficaria aqui novamente com certeza

A vista do Hotel é incrivel com toda a Plaza na nossa sacada, so isso ja vale muito a estada. Mas nao é suite, e estão tem que lembrar que vai dividir o uso do WC com hospedes desconhecidos. No mais se voce nao se importar com isso, vai na fé que vao adorar.
