Small renovated room

Very unconventional type of hostal, all self service. This chain is run by one person that does everything over the phone remotely. He always answers the phone when needed though. The renovated rooms are pretty small with barely any space left to move around. They are enough for one person but not two. I ended up renting another room in the nearby hostal run by same person due to lack of space and bed options. I will not stay here again and don’t recommend it for the reasons stated above.

El único problema, ajeno por supuesto al hostal, es el estacionamiento en la zona. Tampoco apeadero para bajar el equipaje. Por lo demás muy bien.

El pasillo del hostal tiene un olor peculiar, y el aparcamiento ( cobrado aparte) tenia filtraciones de agua, que si no llego a bajar y mover un poco el coche, toda la noche le caería agua a la parte trasera.

Il a fallu appeler pour obtenir une place de parking: non stipulé dans annonce et payer 15 euros la nuit!!!. Nous navions que 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes. Autrement chambre double familaile propre et spacieuse.

Très agréable séjour à Salamanque. Hôtel très bien placé, à proximité du centre historique et stationnement gratuit à proximité immédiate. Literie de qualité et propreté irréprochable.

Reservamos este hostal por el precio y ubicación, pero de haber sabido las condiciones, no lo hubieramos reservado. Para empezar, cuando intemos contactar con recepción para preguntar dudas antes de reservar las habitaciones, el trato fue nefasto (parecía que le molestara todo lo que le preguntábamos), una vez aquí el ascensor no tenia corriente de luz y no funcionaba, tocó subir por las escaleras el equipaje de 8 personas. Después nos dimos cuenta de que las televisiones de las habitaciones tampoco tenían señal. Y cuando quisimos meternos en las duchas no habia agua caliente. Sinceramente hubiera preferido pagar más dinero y haberme ido a un sito como Dios manda. Que el hostal sea barato no debe privar a los huespedes de un minimo de higine. Debo dar gracias que solo reservamos una noche, esto tendría que ser ilegal.

Inmejorable

Una experiencia muy positiva. Ubicación a 7 minutos de la Estación de tren y a unos 10 minutos del casco antiguo. A destacar la limpieza de todas las instalaciones, privadas y comunes, perfecto aislamiento térmico y sonoro, la comodidad de la cama y la atención personal de David. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Las fotos publicadas en su página se corresponden fielmente con la realidad. Recomendado totalmente.
