"House was recently renovated, new fixtures and furniture. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. Host was very responsive to messages and email. Location is convenient to Allegheny national Forest, state parks and Warren has most anything needed. Nice place to stay, not overly fancy and furnished on a budget, but a good experience overall."

"My family was visiting Ellicottville for the solar eclipse. The Zimmer Brothers' condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was spit polished clean and furniture was cozy. Although we did not cook (except coffee!) the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. It is a short walk to downtown Ellicottville for restaurants and shopping. The grocery store is even closer. When we visit again, we would definitely stay here. Thanks...

"We had a joint bacherlor/bacherlorette party at the lodge with our entire bridal party. It is a beautiful place with so much room! The common areas like the kitchen, game room, and living room were great for us all to spend time together and it was also so nice for all of us to have our own really nice rooms to go back to when we wanted to relax. It is super clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come back here again! Thanks for a great stay!"
