The staff truly stood out—so friendly, kind, and always willing to help. We were celebrating my 89-year-old mother’s birthday, and since she uses a wheelchair, accessibility was very important to us. The hotel was very accommodating, and the staff made sure she was comfortable and included at all times. Thank you for helping us create such a special and memorable celebration. Highly recommend!"

"Sábanas limpias, bien pero NO te dan toalla para manos ni tapete baño solo tu toalla para bañarte , y se necesita! El precio es alto para no tener eso en la habitación, se necesita!!!! Le falta remodelar baño y cuarto, Está a 12 cuadras de la Catedral y Mercado pero la calle es peligroso esa zona no salir después de 7 pm , el rumbo no está agradable y por ese precio menos "
