The upgrade was outstanding (thank you Adnan) and their supervisor (Selim) is class act. I forgot my passport at the hotel and instead of losing my flight, he sent the hotel driver with the passport to the airport and I didn't miss my flight. Hussain was also an outstanding guide. "All rooms need exhaust fans and air purifiers to remove stale air from the room. The fog outside wasn't that bad compared to the air in the room. Even the bed felt wet all the time !!!"
