"Our family came to stay for two weeks in this loft. It was the first time to Ixtapa for some of us and a repeat trip for two of our group. The loft is in an excellent location to be near everything you need. There were a few minor things to let the property managers know about but staff were prompt to reply and help rectify and fix for us. Lots of stairs but we knew that before we arrived. Excellent get away from the snow of home and we would love to come back again."
