Boa localização.

Apartamento amplo, bem decorado em frente ao mar. Boa localização, próximo a bares e restaurantes. Dificil acesso com bagagens, muitas escadas e apartamento oferecido ficava muito distante da recepção. Equipe de atendimento não estava preparada para cobrar a taxa turistica de 2 Euros, nem no check in, nem no check out devido a falta de moedas pequenas. Não responderam ao meu email com instruções sobre checkin. Endereço indicado na reserva foi alterado e não fui comunicado com antecedência, causando transtornos e atraso na chegada.

Aufgrund des Schlüsselsystems kann man sich vom Appartement aussperren und auch einsperren. Die Balkone sind anstelle eines Geländers jeweils mit einer Mauer versehen. Höhe ca. 1,80 Meter. Eine Sicht in die Umgebung ist damit unmöglich.

Arrivato in loco, allungo il foglio della prenotazione la sicurezza mi dice che c’è da aspettare il ragazzo X le chiavi dell appartamento. Poco dopo arriva e ci sposta presso in altra struttura vicino in cui ero già stato ben 3 anni prima... al quanto dico nessun problema!!! Anzi definirei meglio come struttura in quanto più silenziosa la sera e la mattina X il risveglio...

Viaggio stupendo!!!!

Un esperienza molto positiva. L’appartamento era nuovo, pulito e bene servito. Posizione ottima e centrale, vicino alla spiaggia e a ristoranti, bar e negozi. Lo consiglierei a tutti per vivere al meglio la vita di Santa Maria.

Un tres bref séjour, raccourci et friustrant

Un bref séjour très désagréable. Sur la fin de mon séjour au cap vert, je prenais un vol à 1 heure du Matin. j'ai réservé une chambre pour passer l'après midi et le début de soirée. Arrivée à la réception de l'hotel, l'hôtesse m'explique que le propriétaire de la chambre est injoignable. J'attends 3 heures avant de prendre possession d'une chambre très très moyenne et non sécurisé (fenêtre de la salle de bain donnant sur les parties communes impossible à fermer. Accès piscine fermé.

La página no aclara bien el asunto de la tasa que has de pagar en el hotel al llegar. El hotel tiene buenas condiciones, pero no está cuidado. La terraza del estudio estaba llena de excrementos de perro de alguna estancia anterior que no fueron limpiados pese a que se informó de ellos. Una pena que no se ponga más atención y mimo porque resta mucha satisfacción.

Cuestiones generales.

Se trata de un edificio de apartamentos para alquilar, con zonas comunes, ruidoso, con poca privacidad, por lo que el mismo día que llegamos solicitamos trasladarnos a otros hotel que la propiedad tiene en otro lugar. En este último fuimos bien atentidos, y reunia condiciones vacacionales, pero solo cambiaban las toallas una vez a la semana, los artículos de baño básicos, una vez durante la estancia, pero la habitación la arreglaban a diario. En cualquier caso, el personal fué muy atento en todo momento, y aceptan de muy buen grado cualquier sugerencia.

Lautes Hotel neben einem Nachtklub

Wir haben in dem Hotel statt der gebuchten 3 Nächte nur eine verbracht, weil das Schlafen unmöglich war - neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Club, in dem von Mitternacht bis (mindestens) halb 4 Uhr Morgens laute Musik gespielt wird und gefeiert wird. Auch schon davor war es durch die Lokale im Umfeld sehr laut, ab dann aber extrem. Wer also selbst nicht im Urlaub jede Nacht zum Tag machen will oder vor Ort im Nachleben arbeitet, sollte woanders wohnen. Wir haben allerdings nach der ersten Nacht problemlos unser Geld zurückbekommen und konnten uns einen ruhigeren Ort zum Schlafen suchen

einfaches Hotel, Treppenhäuser nicht sauber.

sprachliche Verständigung mit Rezept. mühsam. Insgesamt hat man das Gefühl, auf einem "sinkenden Schiff" zu sein. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber. Klimaanlage defekt. Treppenhäuser und Foyer unsauber. Viel Lärm abends in den anliegenden Gassen, da dort Livemusik und Restaurationsbetrieb, eben afrikanisch! Hotel liegt zentral, zum Strand 5 Minuten Gehweg. Mit meiner Frau würde ich nicht dorthin fahren.

Not bad for the price

Rooms large and very clean, cleaned every day good location in the centre of Santa Maria, big problem was the noise we were on the back which meant we backed onto a bar that didn't close till really late so really not good for families. the roof pool is ok but not much space to relax around. In a nutshell ok for couples who don't go to bed early not great for families.

appartement midden in het stadje

Groot twee kamer apartement met in woonkamer ook nog een bankbediende dus geschikt voor 6 personen midden in het stadje met zwembad op het dak van het complex. Wij hadden ons balkon met zon aan de straat er stond een beetje grote tafel waardoor daar zitten wat lastig was. Prima keuken en grote koelkast aanwezig met basics zodat ook zelf koken mogelijk is. Bankbed in de woonkamer was aan vervanging toe kon niet op gezeten worden en slapen was helemaal onmogelijk wij waren maar met z'n tweeën dus hadden de slaapplekken voor het kiezen. Prima accommodatie op een prima plek.

Very nice but loud

We enjoyed the spacious and well equipped apartment 212 at the backside of the building. But at night it was difficult to sleep because of the bar and the loud music next to the apartment until the morning.
