Beautiful upgraded property in a fine resort called Dunas Beach. It is a two stories
Villa located right behind the first line 5 bedrooms villas.
The furniture is of a very good level and it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious green private garden a cozy private swimming and a private parking in front of the entrance.
Five minutes walking from the beautiful beach in front of the resort.
Inside the resort there are several bars and restaurants that you can use paying as you go by opening an account at the reception or buy an all inclusive package always at the reception.
In the price you pay ius included:
- Cleaning before arrival;
- Cleaning after departure;
- Use of linens and towels;
- Laundry after departure;
- Water and energy consumption (there is an extra cost of energy if you use AC)

Great Value in a Fantastic Location
As we are not fans of All-Inclusive resorts, we booked this villa on Sal, Cape Verde. Inside the large Melia Dunas complex, the villa is a minute from the amazing beach with sunbeds galore and the a la carte restaurants on site. Also the villa is south facing and you get sun from dawn to dusk with shade by the trees if you want it. The villa sunbeds have cushions and you can get clean beach towels every day from the hotel for a 20 Euro refundable deposit. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, one for each bedroom and the kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. The TV is on the hotel system and provides channels in English, German and Portuguese (possibly more). Pictures are accurate of the villa and show that it is value for the money paid.
We shopped at the Cruz Supermarket in Santa Maria which is 5 minutes in a taxi (as is all of the town) and ate at the beach bars and across the town. The food in restaurants were excellent with lots of fresh caught fish, prawns and lobster. Meat dishes were good too. Taxi in or out of Santa Maria from/to Melia Dunas is 4 euro in the day and 5 at night.

A perfect stay - villa is equipped with everything you need. Gorgeous location and exactly as explained in the description if not better!
Fabrizio is a perfect host - continuous and very prompt responses to any questions before the stay and during!

Paradise
This Villa is beautiful, very clean and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, and met our needs perfectly. Communication with the owner fabrizio , and his facilities manager maria was excellent, and we had cleaners call mid way through our 7 day stay. The pool is small but sufficient for our needs, just to dip in to cool off. The complex is massively stunning and modern, with plenty of pools, but mostly geared up for all inclusive and we had the option to go all inclusive upon arrival at a cost, or you can pay as you go in one of the restaurants within the complex, you can also purchase drinks from the bars on site, and the bar staff friendly. We chose to remain self catering and managed to get the basics from the small supermarket in santa maria by way of eggs, bread, milk, cheese, crisps and snacks etc... We travelled into santa maria each evening by taxi which costs €4 each way, there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and most accept euros alongside their local currency, eating and drinking in Santa Maria is extremely cheap, on average we spent around £60.00 for food and drink for 4 people, (and we like a drink or two) expect to get pestered by locals looking to be your guide, or take you into their bar/restaurant, but if you're firm and polite they will take no for an answer, and we didn't find this too much of a bother in the end. We will be booking to come back this villa this time next year, the weather is fantastic, and the wind wasn't as bad as we were expecting and is in fact a welcome break from the heat. I would definitely recommend..

achterstallig onderhoud is deels opgelost
'Erg veel overlast van Bikininachtclub. Bij evenemnenten tot 6/7 uur in de morgen hoop herrie.van langs rijdend verkeer en jongelui. Overdag te harde muziek. Erg jammer omdat ligging vlakbij strand erg plezierig is. Vriendelijke groet Carel en Lisette

Very nice house good location
Very nice and beautifull house. Next to the beach with view on the ocean. 3 bedrooms and bathroom it is very easy and confortable with 5 people. For 3 euro you are in the center 10 min driving with the taxi.The small negatief point I had = this is a rental house. In the kitchen we missed somes kitchen convenience. I recommend the owner to buy some extra glaces,wien, water glaces, big pan, kitchen towels, salt, pepper, dreft . We missed the basic fourniture in a rental house. When you rent a house for one week you don’t have all this things in your luggage . As we are in Africa best to recommend to take tablets for dishwasher with you. The resort of the hotel is really nice. Nice bars, swimming pools for small children. massage, fitness ...all you need to relax. Santa Maria is a beautifull place to stay. Go to the brazilian bar by 6pm in the center real athmosphere. Go to the peer daily arround 11am you will enjoy the fish market 👍👍👍
