"Arrived at 2:30 was told we cannot check in until 3. Told to go shopping or eat, left and returned at 3 to find a shut down reception and two people waiting. We were finally being checked in just to be told our room isn't ready yet! It was now 3:25 and weren't called back up until 3:35 where it took them another 10 mins to check us in. Reception had ZERO care in the world and told me to complain to Expedia. Never going there again!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property was not clean and appeared poorly maintained overall. The elevators were not working properly, which made getting around very inconvenient. The room definitely needs upgrades — the furniture was old and worn down, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pool area was also disappointing. It was small, dirty, overcrowded with kids, and there seemed to be no staff monitoring or organizing the area, which made it feel chaotic and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made."

"Staff was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest staffs I have been around at a hotel and we travel as a family quite a bit, the only negatives for me is there was a used wash rag that was missed in the bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty and the bed was a little firm. The bed you could tell was new but from a personal preference it was a little firm is all. Other than that the breakfast was amazing and everything else was great."
