"I had a phenomenal time at Rixos Downtown Antalya. Aylin and Fatma from Guest Relations were amazing and made everything feel easy and personal. Ahmet at the bar was great, and the Filipino ladies in the restaurant were the highlight of every meal, smiling all day long and genuinely spreading happiness. Great food, a really enjoyable stay, lucky with beautiful weather, and the cutest cats around for extra cuddles. Would happily come back."

"The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again"

"Our particular praise is for the entertainments staff who were lovely, inclusive and super friendly. My 2 year old grandchild was entertained as were we! Enjoyed the fantastic variety of food types as we like to try different things so it suited us. Everything was freshly prepared. We never went hungry! Thanks for a lovely week there. "

"We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly. "

"We had room with large balcony. The room was clean on check-in. But nobody did clean, change towels or garbage threw away for 3 nights. Not critical. Stuff is exceptionally friendly. Breakfasts are simple and sufficient."

"Well appointed kitchen with basic dishes and utensils…enabling breakfasts in-house. The fridge, dishwasher and washing machine were all a lovely bonus. Kudos to Mehmet,Karina and Mikhael for their warmth and hospitality enabling us to interact with local transportation within our area. Their support and handholding was priceless! Almost don’t want to let out this gem of a secret… aw well we can only hope this continues for years to come. Thanks again… we hope to see you again soon."
