"I had a pleasant stay overall. My room was very clean and comfortable, although I would have preferred a slightly larger balcony. The staff were kind and accommodating. I really appreciated that they allowed me to stay in my room until 5:00 pm instead of the usual 2:00 pm check-out, which was a great help. One thing to be aware of is that part of the hotel is still under construction, so some of the surrounding areas are unfinished and not as clean or attractive as the completed sections. Overall, I had a good experience, and for the price, I think it offers good value."

"The check in was fast and prompt. The room is very specious and clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning everyday! The property amenities are gorgeous!! So many restaurants to choose from; wide variety of dishes, fresh and delicious! Our favorite was Kadah. Kids loved the entertainment every day, our old one really enjoyed the water park, especially the slides! Even though the resort was at the full capacity, the staff was still very quick to serve. The resort is enormous, so we really appreciated the golf cart that transports to the beach. The only thing that I disliked was the access to the pool/beach towels. You can only get them inside the spa, and have to carry it around the entire property, and the beach is like 5-7 min walk, unless you get on the golf cart ride. Overall, we really loved the resort and enjoyed our stay."

"Best customer service ever. Very attentive staff. The server at Sea club Restaurant Omer and housekeeping ladies were very helpful and professional. Amazing experience. The property itself impressed us with the best attraction and entertainment shows. The design of the property is outstanding. The best views of Antalya region with mesmerizing mountains and sea views. Highly recommend this place."

"Staff were amazing, always willing to go above and beyond to support and assist to make our stay comfortable. We were upgraded from the standard room to the corner room and it made the world of a difference with a baby as the extra space really helped. The room was fully stocked and clean. The hotel was super pretty especially the cafe! Pool never got too busy so it was pretty relaxed. The location is brilliant, 5 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk away from the main food strip. Theres 2 kids parks right outside of the hotel and the closest convenience store is a min walk away. Theres a taxi hailing button located right outside the hotel too. Overall was such a pleasant and warm stay, we were there for 7 nights! The AC worked so quick too which is super helpful for those of us travelling from cold countries and can’t handle the heat very well. (I’m from England)"

"Everything at our stay was brilliant. The only thing for lower than perfect rating was due to repetition of same meals across the days, having limited options in Turkish cuisine. Lastly the lunch hours were tad short."

"I loved everything about the hotel. It's my go to when I'm in Antalya. Not my first time, and I'm sure won't be the last. The staff, right from greeting you when you leave are treating you like family. The spa, the hairdresser in the same hotel, also the store ,they're very nice. I recommend Megasaray West Beach Hotel to everyone who travels to Antalya. Thank you everyone to make my stay special."
