Awesome staff with great communication. Quiet area in Kyoto and about 11 min walk to the station. Kitchen and washer/dryer were convenient and easy to use. Shower was also great with good water pressure.

Perfect place for families, with a washer in the bathroom is a great plus. location is great and quite.
My only issue I was hearing the noise of the street in the early morning that wakes me up around 6:30
