- Close to Brive (34 km), Sarlat (67 km), and Périgueux (50 km)



Cottage features:

This bright house, facing east and west, includes a private terrace and a rustic 1300 m² orchard with seasonal fruits (apples, pears). Enjoy a fenced 4x8 m pool, open from May to September, with set swimming hours. A tennis court is shared with the owners. A small unfenced pond is 200 m from the house; children should be supervised.

You will have a spacious living/dining room, a bright lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has 5 carefully decorated bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and modern showers. A plancha grill and a ping-pong table are also available.

- Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, but a cleaning service is available for an extra fee. If you do not choose this option, the accommodation must be returned in perfect condition.
