Séjour mitigé

Maison agréable (terrasse, salon, chambres, etc.) dans un quartier calme. Malheureusement, le descriptif ne correspond pas totalement à la réalité : - comme les précédents locataires, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y a pas souvent d'eau chaude (un peu le soir, rarement le matin), - comme les précédents locataires, nous sommes déçus qu'un seul des deux WC fut accessible, - la poubelle de la cuisine était cassée (couvercle non fonctionnel), - il y avait beaucoup de nourriture dans les placards et le réfrigérateur, ce qui expliquait la présence de nombreux charançons. Tout ceci a été évoqué avec la propriétaire...

Pour une nouvelle propriété a louer encore quelque suggestion fait a la propriétaire pour le minimum a avoir pour accomoder ces clients, très bien positionné pour marche a pied au village et centre des attractions autant coté nord et sud. Par contre très long a avoir de l'eau chaude et souvent pas du tout qui devrait être réglé bientôt . Je le recommande très propre.

Globalement bon séjour avec un bémol

Jolie petite maison en RDC avec une petite cour. La maison est bien rénovée et bien située. Elle est à 5 mn du carrefour market et 10 mn à pieds du port. Le quartier est assez calme et l’on se gare dans la rue devant la maison. Par contre pas de pression d’eau et pas d’eau chaude exepté un peu le soir. Attention sur l’annonce il est indiqué 2 toilettes mais un seul fonctionne et il est dans la salle de bain. L’autre est condamné. Nous avions choisi cette location pour avoir deux toilettes et avons donc été très déçus à l’arrivée. La plaque de cuisson comporte 2 feux gaz et 2 électrique. Dommage que le gaz ne fonctionne pas car le soir il y a des coupures d’électricité. J’espère que la propriétaire va résoudre le problème de toilette ou modifier la description de son logement.

Très belle résidence dans quartier calme

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte Rolande. La maison, située dans un quartier calme, est superbement décorée et très bien équipée. Bonne localisation, à proximité d'un supermarché et des activités à faire sur Ste Rose et ses alentours. Nous recommandons vivement !

Maison de vacances parfait pour un séjour en Guadeloupe

Romande (l’hôte) nous a accueilli très chaleureusement avec des mets guadeloupéens. Nous étions 5 amies et nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est parfaite et bien située. Il y a de l’air conditionné dans les chambres, 2 terrasses et un jardin, une cuisinée équipée, le wifi, une télé et tout ce qu’il vous faut pour passer un séjour exceptionnelle. On est a côté de la plage de Deshaies (une des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe). Le carrefour est a 2 minutes à pied de la maison. Je recommande cette maison et Rolande a 200%
