"I had a perfect mini break! I arrived utterly exhausted after a 12 hours journey and was immediately upgraded! Facilities are excellent, the Spa was immaculate. Food was delicious and generous. The only negative was the need to invest in air conditioning. "

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "
