This beautiful recently built house combines the charm of Périgord authenticity and modern comfort. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it offers large volumes, bright spaces and a green setting to fully enjoy the region.

On the ground floor, you will find a warm living room with TV corner and functional wood stove (wood provided), ideal for convivial evenings. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a pantry with washing machine and storage space, for more practicality. A double bedroom with dressing room and private shower room completes this level, as well as separate toilets.

Upstairs, a landing converted into an office area has a futon sofa bed (140 cm), offering a comfortable bed for two people. An attic bedroom with two single beds creates a cosy atmosphere, while a bathroom with slipper bath, shower and toilet completes this level. A second double bedroom with dressing room guarantees all the necessary comfort. All the bedding is of superior quality.

The house benefits from a large raised terrace, secure and equipped with a table for 10 guests, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or simply relaxing facing the unfenced wooded park. The driveway allows you to park up to 4 vehicles easily, and the quiet and green setting invites you to relax.
