Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of St. Tropez in a very peaceful yet central location. The villa offers excellent connections, including a dedicated cycle path to the town beach and a "Navette" shuttle bus service to the town beach, the famous Nartelle beach, and the city center with its charming shops and restaurants. Sainte-Maxime is vibrant all year round, hosting events such as the Bike Festival, Christmas Market, and Easter celebrations.

The residence is exceptionally well-maintained and quiet. It is located close to various shops, supermarkets, and bakeries. Guests have access to a 12m swimming pool as well as a dedicated children's pool.

The Villa
Ground Floor: A spacious open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen, leading directly to two covered terraces and the private garden. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.

Upper Floor: Three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a high-quality King Size bed (180 cm). One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Every room offers a stunning sea view of the Gulf of St. Tropez. This floor also includes a second bathroom with a bathtub, an additional guest toilet, and a large balcony accessible from two of the bedrooms.
