Private heated pool with garden furniture as well as mattresses and cushions - Electric barbecue (Weber Q 240 with grill or plancha).
Garage with washing machine - sink - additional fridge and plenty of storage.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (with double bed). One bedroom equipped with TV with flat screen.
Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, hair dryer and W-C. (completely renovated in January 2017)
