We were 6 and fit quite well in the house.The closest beach is a 15 minute walk (uphill to return) but there’s also a lot of public parki by at most of the beaches in Ste Maxime.The access is a little confusing because there is literally a “no entry” sign at the start of the driveway. Kitchen is good. 3 full baths (1 en suite) were clean and functional. Outdoor furniture nice. The property has many fir trees that shed sap and needles profusely. Needles stick to everything, including towels and bathing suits left outside to dry. There’s a lovely pétanque court and a built-in barbecue.Interhome was a great agency. They accommodated a last minute change and were responsive to our questions.The owner lied about where to put garbage and recyclables - basically instructed us to sneak them into the bins of the people across the road. We got “caught” by a very annoyed Frenchman. If this issue is resolved we highly recommend!

Les plus : - Vue magnifique sur le golfe ; Emplacement proche du centre ;- Possibilité de stationner 4 à 5 véhicules sans problème; - plusieurs salles de bain ;- la literie est de qualité ainsi que les oreillers ; - il y a deux frigo avec compartiment congel, electro menager récent, cuisine fonctionnelle, beaucoup de vaisselle. Les moins : - Emplacement bruyant. - Beaucoup de portes fenêtres donnent sur des marches plutôt raides pour acceder à la terrasse. Terrasse en petits cailloux, chaussures obligatoires. A cause de pins qui pleurent, le mobilier est très collant donc pas agréable. Sur la terrasse, les végétaux sont trop hauts et gênent la vue mer. Le terrain n'est pas entretenu : un tapis d'épines et beaucoup de résine. - Le ménage est mal fait : siphons des douches pas nettoyés, poussière sous les meubles. Pas de produits de première nécessité à l'arrivée comme papier wc, savon, liquide vaisselle, sel etc. Les draps fournis sont pour des lits de 90 cm. - articles pour nettoyer le sol d'une autre époque : veilles serpillères et balai brosse - une seule poêle bon état.. - La serrure du portail manque de graisse ou W40 et ne ferme pas à clé.
